Oats + wheat body · Citra & Mosaic hops · double dry hop (second charge after dealcoholization) · vacuum distillation to <0.5% ABV
Every batch is brewed to full strength first — real mash, real boil, real fermentation — then the alcohol is removed by vacuum distillation at low temperature. Lab-verified under 0.5% ABV, reports on request.
