1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this store. SOMA is a non-alcoholic beer (<0.5% ABV) — it is not an alcoholic beverage under applicable law, but we choose to sell to adults only. By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or older.

3. Products

SOMA is brewed as beer and then dealcoholized to below 0.5% ABV. Trace alcohol (<0.5% ABV) remains, comparable to naturally fermented foods and beverages. Nutrition and ingredient information is published at getsoma.store/nutrition. If you are pregnant, avoiding alcohol entirely for medical or personal reasons, or have any health condition, please read the label and consult your doctor before consuming.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is collected online at the time of order through our payment provider. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.

5. Pre-orders

Items marked as pre-order are reserved from a batch that is still in production. Estimated timelines are communicated by email and are estimates, not guarantees. You may cancel any pre-order before dispatch for a full refund (see our Refund policy).

6. Delivery

We deliver within Bengaluru only at present. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please check your order on arrival and report any problem within 48 hours (see our Refund policy).

7. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, where the delivery address is outside our area, or where the buyer appears to be under 18.

8. Accuracy of content

We work hard to describe our products accurately. Occasional errors in copy, imagery, or pricing may occur; if an error materially affects your order we will contact you with the option to proceed at the correct terms or cancel for a full refund.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this store — the SOMA name, logo, can designs, photography, and copy — is our property and may not be reproduced commercially without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law. We would much rather fix a problem than argue about it — write to us first and we will make it right.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
