Cancelling a subscription or recurring purchase

You can cancel any SOMA subscription or recurring purchase at any time — no minimum term, no cancellation fee. Email hello@getsoma.store or WhatsApp +91 97395 79930 with the name and phone number or email on the subscription, and we will confirm cancellation within one business day.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation stops all future billing immediately. If your next delivery has already been dispatched when you cancel, that delivery completes as normal and is your last; if it has not been dispatched, we cancel it and refund any amount already charged for it in full.

Refunds

Amounts charged for undelivered orders are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, as per our Refund policy. Delivered orders are covered by the damaged/defective terms of the Refund policy.

Pausing instead

Prefer a break to a breakup? We can pause your subscription for up to 2 months — just ask on the same contact channels.
